1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "baji1" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the baji1 platform and its operating entity, accessible at baji1.io.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who registers an account with, accesses, or uses the baji1 platform.
• "Platform" means the baji1 website, mobile-optimised site, and all associated services, including sports betting, casino gaming, live casino, crash games, and virtual sports products.
• "Account" means the personal account opened by a player on the baji1 platform.
• "Wallet" means the balance held within a player's baji1 account, comprising real-money funds and, where applicable, separately tracked bonus funds.

Third-party deposits — where the payment account is registered to a person other than the baji1 account holder — are not permitted. 8. Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the baji1 platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. baji1 does not accept requests to cancel, void, or amend confirmed bets except in the circumstances described in the specific sport or game rules applicable to that event.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error that interrupts a game or betting session, baji1 will apply the rules of the relevant game provider or sport to determine the outcome. Where no applicable rule exists, baji1 may at its discretion void the affected round or bet and return the stake to the player's wallet.

10. Suspension and Termination

Where an account is closed for cause, any bonus funds held in the wallet will be forfeited.
